Im Dave, the Director of Sales for RingCentral and I am looking for a super talented individuals to join the team as we continue our push up market working with larger companies.

Our long term vision is to reimagine phone systems, what they can do and how we use them in our day to day lives as part of our business. With over 300,000 current customers and over $100M in revenue, we have only scratched the surface of the true potential of this market.

Were looking for Account Executives that will thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will close new sales and expand the RingCentral customer base. Leverage your professional selling skills to create a strong pipeline of new clients to join the thousands of small/medium businesses already using RingCentral as their business phone system. The RingCentral environment is fast paced, high octane, success, and teamwork oriented environment committed to growing the business in a virtually untapped market.You will be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives in the market.

Qualifications

The most critical qualifications for a RingCentral Account Executive is that you have a proven track record of success, a verifiable history of exceeding sales goals, and the aptitude and attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast paced environment. We need winners that will help our company grow, exceeds goals and expectations and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

Requirements:
  • You understand and apply a proven sales process to your work
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  • 2+ years sales or related market/business experience
  • Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas experience, sales experience or other related business experience
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
