The Account Executive is responsible for providing support to his/her team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and deliverables for clients, for email, landing page and direct marketing projects.

Key duties/responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules

Work in conjunction with the Project Manager or Client Services to ensure projects are delivered against schedules

Establish clear project parameters supporting the success of internal and client team members

Assist in managing projects from planning through to delivery and maintenance ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met

Participate in the review of creative development, routing changes internally and ensuring accuracy of content

Documenting meeting notes and updating status reports

Actively participate in internal team brainstorming sessions by offering ideas for each project

Support the creation and delivery of proposals and pricing estimates

Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks

Assist in the monitoring of scope, budgets and schedules and proactively manage client expectations

Client Services & Account Executives must:
5+ years experience within an Ad or Marketing Services Agency is required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Experience in email marketing a plus

Have strong writing and communications skills

Have excellent organizational skills

Have strong working knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Office Suite

Be a team player with proactive, energetic approach

Exceptional interpersonal skills; natural aptitude for collaboration and building positive relationships with fellow team members, clients, and media

Strong character with an authentic desire to succeed while bringing a positive, kind, respectful attitude to the work environment

Demonstrate ability to problem-solve whenever challenges or concerns arise
