The Senior Manager, Mobile Accounts, is responsible for the management of account relationships and accompanying portfolio of developer and publisher mobile products releasing on PlayStation Mobile platforms. This individual is responsible for helping create an improved, differentiated consumer experience on PlayStation Mobile platform while maximizing revenue for SCEA and our development and publishing partners. This individual manages internal resources to best support the initiatives of partners, facilitating and monitoring all partner activities within SCEA. This individual represents and evangelizes the PlayStation brand and PlayStation Mobile, and SCEA’s platform initiatives to our mobile development and publishing partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and own the developer and publisher outreach strategy for mobile content for the PlayStation Mobile platform
Act as primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with SCEA’s key mobile partners, serving as an internal advocate for partner accounts
Track and supervise partner product through internal channels, ensuring products meet technical and operational compliance, monitoring product and supporting campaigns to meet deadlines
Create, track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and mobile business trends to influence decision making both internally and with publishing partners
Review and streamline current processes and programs, and propose replacements or improvements to maximize ROI with existing resources
Identify and drive new partnership opportunities in the mobile space and promote new business opportunities to existing partners
Manage the implementation and optimization of SCEA’s strategic partnerships with key mobile content creators, expanding reach of PlayStation Mobile platform driving software titles
Represent SCEA and the PlayStation Mobile brand at off-site industry events and regular developer and publisher visits and evangelize SCEA’s brands and services
Weigh impact against internal resources while meeting stated product, schedule, sales, and revenue targets for external mobile partnerships
Liaise with relevant divisions at SCEA (including Executive Management, Marketing, Developer Support, Operations, Business Development, Sales, Legal, etc.) to generate consensus and drive execution of key programs and initiatives
Build a best-in-class service environment for mobile developers and publishers

Required Skills:
Self-starter who takes pride in ownership of projects, accounts, and initiatives
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable engaging in communication with all levels of management, both internal and external
Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans as well as ROI based business proposals
Thorough tracking of action items, and ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
Ability to construct business proposals and frameworks to review ROI deal particulars
Robust rolodex of mobile developers and publishers on multiple platforms that can be leveraged to achieve SCEA’s content acquisition goals

At least 5 years’ experience in managing mobile development and publishing partnerships, with at least 2 years of experience working in video games or a related industry, demonstrating a strong history of relationship growth successes

Proven experience providing direct client support including problem analysis, issue tracking, escalation and resolution

Deep understanding of all current PlayStation and competitor mobile and handheld platforms, games, digital storefronts, and services

Proven track record of revenue growth and/or ROI improvement

Experience using sales tracking software, office suite products

Bachelor’s degree of equivalent
