Are you a sales leader and want to part of company that has hit their number for 28 consecutive quarters? Demandforce is looking for sales all-stars to join our team and help us expand into new markets and territories. This role is challenging, rewarding and a lot of fun!

Our sales cycle is quick, only 30 minutes to an hour and has a close ratio of 75-80%. We are looking for driven sales people to come in and make an impact right away.

Details of the Role:
Running your own web demos through WebEx
Hunter mentality when it comes to sales and growing territory
Travel once a month to territory to attend trade shows and conventions with Team
Closing 12-15 deals per month to hit quota
Keeping up to date records in Salesforce CRM of sales pipeline
Participate and win in team challenges
Cross selling and up-selling additional products
Attend weekly sales meetings
Involve yourself in Demandforce – attend parties, be a brand champion and have fun!

What We Looking For:
2+ Years of direct inside sales experience from any industry
Quota carrying experience
Cold Calling experience (50-100 per day)
Knowledge of pipeline management
Experience in dealing with a large volume of transactions
Desire to learn, grow, advance your career, be noticed, make money and be a leader
Self-Motivated, always has a can do attitude even when getting objections
