Provides day to day assistance to Account Managers which includes:
ordering and compiling reports, composing letters, mailing out materials, compilation of data for monthly metric reporting, work routing, database maintenance/reconciliation, and mail functions including creation of mail merge files.
Reviews incoming work and determines appropriate action.
Communicates with clients to gather information or relay status of pending orders/reports.
