The Account Management Coordinator, Marketing & Creative (Partnerships) provides support to the Director and Manager of Universal Partnerships & Licensing Account Management. The group is responsible for building, developing and executing strategic partnerships between corporate businesses and the Motion Picture Group. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Creative, Universal Partnerships & Licensing.
Support Director and Manager of Partnership Marketing in overall deal execution, including but not limited to:
Creative development of integrated advertising campaigns including television, print, radio and online media; in-store POS, packaging, premiums, online and mobile content; includes approval process internally (senior marketing execs, regional offices, brand managers, legal) and externally (brands, filmmakers, talent and talent reps)
Assist in any marketing and publicity initiatives, including talent/filmmaker public appearances, special shoots, press junkets and field/regional promotions
Facilitate special events including managing logistics, will-call lists, hotel rooming lists, décor, etc. This includes partner-sponsored special events as well as trade shows and global partner summits.
Maintain departmental budgets
Develop a consistent communications process, including sending out meeting notes, developing agendas, distributing recaps, etc
Prepare power point presentations and other documents on an as needed basis
Maintain and update status reports
Coordinate screening programs including booking theatres, shipping prints and printing tickets.
Oversee sweepstakes rules & regulations Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an entertainment marketing administration role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate, be creative, resourceful, problem-solve, have follow-through, and work independently
Experience using Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
