Shoutlet is a leading enterprise social media software company and we’re looking for an Intern to work with our Account Management team a few hours a week in our Madison, WI office.
You’ll be our brand advocate, social media maven, customer advocate and more within the Customer Experience Group - Account Management team
Your top-notch project management skills and exceptional organizational skills, will help us educate our customers on the latest and greatest Social Media trends
As Shoutlet's “customer advocate,” you’ll be in charge of researching customer campaigns and reporting back on how the customer pushed the boundaries of what our product can do and be responsible for even testing new Shoutlet features
Assist the Account Directors and Account Managers on the team to provide top quality customer service
Help gather and share our customer's social media campaigns by updating the content in our internal Knowledge Base for the whole company to access
Provide some competitor updates as it relates to Shoutlet's features and the social media landscape
Must have a strong interest in social media - Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Foursquare, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
