Job Description

InMobi is the world’s largest independent mobile ad network. Our Demand Channel Partnerships group is a new business unit that works with selected partners to increase the breadth and variety of advertisements that run on our network. The Account Manager, Channel Partnerships has a critical role at InMobi and will be responsible for maximizing revenue by analyzing the performance of our partners and optimizing the inventory we send to these partners. You will be required to provide the highest level of support ensuring their needs and requirements are met at every turn and they are taking advantage of all that our platform and network has to offer. You will be actively involved at each step within the sales cycle from pre-sales support, to launch, to optimization, analysis and recommendation. We’ll count on you to ensure that our clients are happy and engaged while exceeding overall quarterly revenue goals.

Because this is a new role and business unit, this role has significant growth opportunities and will have exposure to key stakeholders across the entire company. This role reports directly to the General Manager of Demand Channel Partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
Serve as primary point-of-contact for clients.

Optimize performance of demand channel partners by controlling the levers at your disposal

Make sense of the key trends and their implication on our business

Responsible for managing and growing impressions from third-party channel partners

Interact with partners to create new ad groups and support their changing needs

Convey core needs of partners and the impact/value of meeting those needs

Lead and execute various analyses and initiatives for executive and sales teams

Work with Publishing team to identify inventory required for specific opportunities.

Expand relationships with regular face-to-face client visits to build and maintain deep-level partnerships.

Upsell clients on opportunities across the network and on additional InMobi offerings.

Master and maintain vast knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends with keen focus on a specific vertical.

Provide feedback to Executives, Sales, Product Management, BD and Marketing to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform and influence development of tools to track, measure and optimize performance.

Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

Ability to convey complex concepts in models and presentations

Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build and maintain InMobi’s leading position in the mobile advertising industry

Exceptional relationship management, teamwork, and communications skills

Comfortable with speaking on the phone to partners in various regions across multiple time zones

Work experience in online and digital advertising beneficial but not required
