AddThis is looking for an Account Manager to join the Strategic Partner team. The ideal candidate should have at least three plus years of experience working with clients in the Internet/Media space, and have excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills. Sales or planning experience is also beneficial. Being able to multitask is an absolute must to be successful in this position. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships this person will work closely with the sales, account management, business development and management teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with account executives in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with account executive and media director to assist in building out proposals and media plans in accordance with client objectives

Collaborate with sales and media executives to create campaign strategies and develop appropriate campaign audiences

Communicate company's optimization processes and strategy as well as weekly campaign performance to the client and sales team

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and client goals and ensure client goals and objectives are understood and met

Communicate campaign status and issues to sales team

Help drive and meet quarterly revenue goals

Communicate campaign successes and recommendations in a final campaign report to client and work with them to purchase future Managed Service or Segment License campaigns

Work with ad operations group to ensure client's campaign goals are being met with seamless campaign delivery

Proactively communicate with ad operations team regarding campaign execution and performance

Determine and communicate optimization strategies to operations team and to client

Discuss and resolve client issues/concerns with ops and product team

Oversee creative development of video players for all video campaigns

Work with select partners to launch/test new ad strategies and products

Work with product manager to suggest improvements/client request for future ad products

Work with Ad Ops and Engineering to continually improve all data delivery process internally and externally to the client

Work with executives internally and externally to reconcile reports, invoices, tracking and monitoring of campaigns

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience

At least three years of experience working with clients

At least three years of experience working in the Internet/Media space

Proven excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Strong analytical (Excel) and Presentation (Powerpoint) skills

Self starter
