Reports To: Senior Manager, University Accounts

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to our University clients through on-going, high touch support.

Identify and represent client issues within the organization to insure trends are identified and issues resolved in a timely manner.

Grow the number of vehicles and drivers within each University through client marketing plan development, program execution support and direct communication.

Conduct proactive calls with Universities to identify larger client trends and areas of opportunity.

Generate monthly account activity reports and administer CRM database for accounts and key activities.

Travel to visit with partners and participate in demonstrations at critical trade shows and conventions. Annual travel estimated to be up to 20%.

Requirements & Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:

Excellent verbal and writing skills.

2-4 years account management and/or marketing experience.

Ability to work independently and with teams to insure client issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

Multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple accounts concurrently.

PC Skills: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

A four-year college degree

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Work is typically performed in an office environment with some physical demands, such as bike riding, standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomfort requiring common safety precautions. Work will also be performed at street marketing events. Travel to and work at these events ordinarily does not increase physical demands, but does increase exposure to risks and inclement weather with associated discomfort. Extra care must be exercised under these circumstances.
