Description: A fluent Customer Lead resource (QNXT) that has working knowledge of the client’s environment, workflows and batch processing. Engaged in all levels of troubleshooting application issues/errors, batch processing, outages, performance and incomplete functionality. Application patches, change packs, and core configuration changes are coordinated by this associate with the rest of the team’s and the client.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Responsible for maintaining control and accurate record of the assigned client environment portfolio, any patches or change packs, code release and batch schedule

Interface directly with the client and other team members to review Key Performance Indicators, status of incidents/ work requests and address issues/errors, batch processing, outages, performance and incomplete functionality.

Work directly with the Service Delivery team and provide regular communications and updates to the overall status of issues, batch performance and environment activity.

Coordination of Hot Fix/Change Pack Implementation

Monitor Service Request queues (turnaround times)

Implement architecture standards

Recommendations to improve system stability

Coordinate Routine Environment Maintenance

Required Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years to 5 years related work experience.

Previous experience in a client facing role within a large service provider and/or a healthcare insurance organization. Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
