About the Role:
The Agency Account Manager in New York is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing teams at AdRoll - the Agency Team! Developed to evangelize and sell into ad agencies, this high-profile team acts as the eyes and ears of the agency community. You will help shape the future of AdRoll’s products and developments on this focused customer segment. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in providing value to our clients, and therefore integral to growing our business.

Responsibilities:
Directly manage relationships with agency clients

Lead optimization efforts and technical implementations

Identify opportunities for incremental campaign opportunities

Monitor campaign pacing and ensure full delivery

Provide regular reporting to clients, including scheduled meeting and quarterly reviews

Travel to visit clients when necessary

Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in online advertising with direct agency experience ideal

Experience interfacing with clients

Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

Web/tech savvy a must

Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing

Self motivated with the desire and ability to learn on the fly

Team player with a collaborative working style

Deadline oriented
