This position will continually increase home infusion referrals from within Barnabas Health, outside of Barnabas Health, and from any and all sources. To maintain existing accounts, while increasing referral base. Call on Case Managers at hospitals, physicians: and as needed, call on Case Managers at insurance companies and sub-acute facilities within SBHCS. Report all "customer service" problems and work with the team for solutions. Keep staff at Qualitas aware of specific needs of referral sources.Set -up in-services of educational value for case managers. Open to selling other services when needed and develop potential growth areas, as the market needs dictate. Maintains open lines of communication with management of any competitive information or trends in the field. When required, increase referrals from current insurance/HMO contracts and develop new contracts with insurance/HMO companies, TPAs, and self-insured entities.
