The AgilOne Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customers obtain significant value from AgilOne’s SaaS marketing intelligence platform. Account Managers pick-up where the pre-sales team leaves off, initially engaging with clients by orchestrating the implementation process. Once the new client is on-boarded, the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client stakeholders are trained and day-to-day service levels are met.
Account Managers will also pro actively manage client stakeholders and provide thought leadership to stretch clients’ marketing analytics methods and processes, ensuring that clients capture break-through value from AgilOne’s offering. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a technology service provider, a direct marketing service provider, or within the marketing organization of a large B2B or B2C organization.
Work closely with the AgilOne Sales team to ensure implementation critical success factors are well documented and used as a guideline for implementation
Manage new customer implementations and expectations working collaboratively with AgilOne’s Client Success technical implementation team and the soon to be created training organization
Ensure all client business logic is correctly implemented and lead implementation QA activities confirming that the resulting SaaS implementation meets client demands
Structure marketing analyses using capabilities within AgilOne’s SaaS offering. Example of analyses includes characterization of a client’s customer base, assessment of customer lifetime value (LTV), and determining marketing efficiency by acquisition channel. Ensure recommendations provide significant ongoing value to AgilOne’s clients
Deliver conclusions from AgilOne’s predictive models including product-to-product and user-to-product recommendations, response and clustering models
Deliver best practices and process improvement recommendations to help clients evolve from a “Beginner” marketing analytics organization to an “Advanced” data driven marketing organization
Work with sales to build the case for adding services components into contract renewals, thus increasing revenue while helping evolve client-marketing organizations
Act as an evangelist; delivering training and driving continued use and adoption of AgilOne’s offering within existing accounts
Manage ad-hoc client special requests
Successful new customer implementations, on-boarding and training
Happy AgilOne Clients: Meet or exceed service levels resulting in strong client satisfaction, as reported in client satisfaction surveys
Meet or exceed contract renewal rate targets (partnering with sales)
Deliver deep, strategic, data driven marketing insights, guidance and related presentation materials presented as part of client quarterly reviews and/or on an ad-hoc basis
Collaborate with the planned training organization to deliver best practices and marketing process improvement recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Math or Statistics
M.B.A. or other advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience including experience at a top-tier management or technology consulting firm, direct marketing service provider or marketing functional experience at a large B2C or B2B organization
Experience at a B2B Software or SaaS company a plus
Project management experience with implementing technology systems, experience with large customer data sets, multi-channel marketing experience (email, web, direct mail, call centers, POS marketing, display, out of home), familiarity with database marketing and direct marketing tactics, understanding of brand marketing tactics
Familiarity with SQL, web analytics (Omniture, Web Trends, Coremetrics) and other marketing technologies such as Unica, Aprimo, Email Service Provider platforms
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have strong analytical skills, as well as experience extracting valuable insights from large amounts of data
Exceptional presentation, communication, people management, mentoring and proactive client management skills
Autonomous self-starter with strong organizational and communications skills, and a sense of humor!
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other cloud-based office applications
