The BMC Software RemedyForce Account Manager Specialist rose is an exciting opportunity to work with both BMC (The Leader in ITSM) and our partnership with Salesforce.com (the leader in SaaS) to drive sales of Remedyforce, one of the fastest growing SaaS products in the industry.

The Remedyforce Account Manager Sales Specialist is responsible for working directly with Area Sales Management, their account teams and customers selling Remedyforce into assigned strategic, enterprise and commercial accounts. This specialist will focus on working with both existing and new logo account opportunities from qualification to closure to drive Remedyforce revenue by accelerating the rate and size of deals. Key objectives are to achieve their revenue goals and defined growth targets each quarter.

The individual should have a proven track-record and strong ability to Discover, Scope, Validate and close SaaS transactions contractually on a quarterly basis. We are looking for a Specialist who understands how to scale a SaaS business and interact with C-Level executives, Marketing and Operational executives and have a keen focus on value-creation through rapid execution of topline and bottom line growth.

Position Expectations:
Drive Sales and Sales Campaigns for BMC’s premier SaaS solution Remedyforce on force.com to promote sales with BMC sales teams

Manage and deliver sales through a disciplined pipeline process incorporating strong qualification skills, and a keen focus on forecasting excellence

Responsible for ACV for Remedyforce in a defined territory

Lead the business planning and quarterly review process

Drive Remedyforce marketing programs to develop pipeline and incremental revenue

Achieve BMC/ SFDC revenue goals

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

5-10+ years Proven track record of direct sales and partner management in the software industry

Must show a consistent track record of over achievement in sales

In-depth Enterprise Software Knowledge with a focus on SaaS and Cloud solution selling

Be able to work independently, as well as, effectively with BMC resources across all cross-functional areas inside to assist in the managing sales campaigns effectively

You must have a background in software sales and understand a complex multi-product software sell

Ability to work with reseller partners

Must be a hunter sales person able to drive Pipeline Generation
