Leading provider of business services that specialize in tax reporting is seeking an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for ongoing success and partnership of all current clients. This role serves as an advocate for clients, expanding the relationship with clients and ensuring opportunities with clients are fully developed. As champion for the client, a successful Account Manager will ensure that clients are receiving great value from services. This role will have both revenue generation responsibilities and be held accountable for improving client loyalty.
Effectively promote and sell the company’s solutions to clients through the company’s sales process and Account Management methodology
Follow procedures for account discovery, account handling, solution positioning, and phone conversation techniques
Provide feedback and improvement ideas on current account management process
Achieve quarterly revenue targets and pipeline growth targets
Build strong relationships at all levels of clients’ organizations
Conduct Monthly, quarterly, and annual client reviews
Monitor personal account management performance daily, and manage regular forecasts of revenue goals and soft cold calling objectives to existing clients
Identify and ensure resolution of client issues by coordination with internal departments and clients
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a telemarketing, sales or client services groups with high level interaction with external prospects, clients or partners
Minimum of 2 years quota experience with demonstrated ability to exceed quotas
Tax, Financial Services or Software industry experience preferred, software-as-a-service industry experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently and actively manage pipeline development of those opportunities
Good interpersonal listening and communication skills.
