Position Purpose:
Support and maintain client relationships by providing day-to-day client coordination of program services including issue resolution, implement plan designs, making adjustments in response to requests or audit findings, and servicing client business needs.
Knowledge/Experience:
Associates degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of client relations experience in pharmacy benefit management or healthcare.
