About Us: Chartboost provides a mobile gaming business engine to leading publishers like Crowdstar, NaturalMotion, Pocket Gems, Supercell, and TinyCo to help acquire more users and make more revenue per user for their mobile game titles. We've added 12,000 games to our network and serve over 6 billion user sessions per month. Our founders are mobile gaming pioneers from Tapulous (now Disney Mobile). About the Job: Account management is a critical part of the Chartboost vision. Our goal is to position ourselves as leaders in a fast-paced and innovative industry. In the first month, you will learn the Chartboost system and tools. Within the first quarter, you will provide campaign creation and optimization assistance to some of our largest clients. This is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships and revenue growth. This is a job for someone who is a "do-er." You thrive in a collaborative and energetic environment. You are a leader with many accomplishments under your belt with the ability to organize & drive teams.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple large accounts, analyzing data and campaign settings to troubleshoot problems for clients. Assist clients with campaign creation and management as needed. Be accountable for client satisfaction and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives. Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions. Manage the clients' expectations at all levels, attend and direct client meetings. Demonstrate a consultative approach in addressing client needs. Liaise with our internal technical teams in regarding any highly technical queries, and provide customer support. Lead trainings to enable clients to effectively use our products.
Requirements: Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. A start-up mentality: you know how to stretch a dollar to grow our existing clients and close deals with new clients. Organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach in address client needs You know how to turn a customer into a Chartboost promoter. When they're done with you they'll have tweeted & told all their friends that Chartboost is awesome. You're not an engineer, but you know what API, SDK, and CSS stand for. You know how to prioritize & triage, but you still don't forget about the little guy. You love learning, you love helping people, and you want to get people excited to use Chartboost
Bonus: Experience working in client services role at a high tech company or media agency, with hands-on campaign implementation and management experience. You've won awards for being awesome in some way at other jobs or during school.
