Job Description

The Account Manager is dedicated to the success of client program implementations and ongoing strategic management. The successful candidate will have a combination of keen business acumen and strong technical skills to lead complex projects. The Account Manager position is a revenue critical role with high visibility. The Account Manager is tasked with ensuring that clients are successfully implementing their business plans from adoption through a fully functioning program. As one of our Account Managers you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with one of Destination Rewards largest and most complex customers. The Account Manager will become the customer’s single point of contact into all of Destination Rewards.

Responsibilities:
Provide project leadership for the customer’s major initiatives
Identify solutions, troubleshoot issues, and answer technical questions as they arise
Manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements
Provide clear and constructive product requirements based on customer requests
Responsible for growing programs, identify new program opportunities and ideas to drive profitability, business goals and objectives
Coordinate and lead internal and client teams on projects such as the rollout of new features and capabilities
Facilitate and lead regular partner monthly and quarterly meetings Qualifications

Hands
on project management experience with ecommerce/internet products Understanding
of technical applications and the ability to learn new systems Strong
leadership capabilities Proven ability in data analysis and forecasting Strong
organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client
demands Excellent
communications, interpersonal skills and communication skills Proven
ability to build client relationships, manage, exceed client expectations
and retain clients Ability
to develop business opportunities for clients Self
starter and highly motivated 5+
years Account Management or Client Management Relationship experience,
preferably in ecommerce/ internet services 2+
years Project Management experience, preferably with Internet products or
services

or Advanced Degree in related field
