As an Account Manager at Eventbrite you will play a critical role in the success of some of our most high profile events. Working cross-functionally with our internal teams you will provide strategic oversight for the implementation of our product and manage communication with our most complex accounts. Building high level relationships focused on service and engagement, our Account Managers are valued partners in ensuring the long term success of our customers.

Responsibilities:
Oversee on-boarding and management of Eventbrite’s low and mid tier endurance, music, festival, and registration customers

Proactively employ your knowledge of the Eventbrite platform to provide top-notch client support and strategy

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and recurring business

Utilize your knowledge of what makes an event work to assist clients in executing successful events

Facilitate interdepartmental communication to implement our online and on-site solutions

Facilitate customer communication and process between 10-15 hard printed ticket orders a week.

Manage customer expectations both internally and externally

Requirements:
1-3 years of Account Strategy/ Customer Support experience

Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously

Impeccable communication skills

A passion for/knowledge of the event industry

An analytical mindset and a creative spirit

Experience using CRM software and Excel

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster enduring client relationships

BA Degree
