The FairWarning ®
    • Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer new business through customer success, satisfaction, engagement, and mature adoption of the FairWarning ® patient privacy breach detection solution. Must have a strong ability to work with both customers and members of the FairWarning ® team to successfully complete various activities related to customer adoption of the software and satisfaction with the product with the overarching goal of securing 100% renewal of customer contracts. The Account Manager will work with multiple customer accounts simultaneously in a virtual environment with online tools and conference calls and at a fast pace. No travel is necessary. The FairWarning ® team is located in our office in the Tampa Bay area.

      Responsibilities
      • Facilitate Customer Training curriculum and customer guest speakers
      • Satisfaction Surveys
      • Demonstrated experience with information technology sales
      • Documented successful sales acumen in complex software sales
      • Customer knowledge-sharing, education, mature use and adoption of software including annual customer planning to ensure renewal business
      • Expertise with CRM solutions, particularly salesforce.com
      • Ensuring an active online Customer Community of networking, knowledge-sharing, and best practice materials shared
      • Knowledge-sharing of customer anecdotes, success stories within FairWarning ® (sales, marketing, implementation, support, etc.)
      • Customer attendance to FairWarning ® industry-wide Executive Education webinars and customers as guest speakers on industry-wide webinars
      • Demonstrated successful experience with phone sales as well as extensively utilizing WebEx conferencing
      Experience Requirements
      • 5+ years of experience in the software industry, enterprise security or GRC market and healthcare industry knowledge and experience highly preferred
      • Success with renewal business and experience with customer contracts
      • Microsoft Office, Salesforce, WebEx, surveying methodologies and tools, Bachelor's degree
      • Self-directed professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills including proven success communicating in a virtual environment with remote customers
      • Customer-centric, customer-focused, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing
      • Pipeline and territory management, including the development of green-field opportunities for the company's privacy breach detection software solutions
