This person will provide superior financial services to all current and potential credit union members. Assist branch manager with activities pertaining to sales and service to include but not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries and problem resolution. This position is responsible for handling telephone inquiries, walk in traffic, and reaching out to targeted members via telephone.

Job Requirements
  • Develop, implement and monitor action plan to achieve personal, branch and corporate sales and service goals
  • Perpetuate an atmosphere of teamwork in the branch
  • Individual will support the branch performance plan designed to increase member loyalty resulting in a world class Net Promoter Score
  • Provide a differentiated member experience by consulting with members to uncover needs relating to their personal financial goals
  • Analyze financial and credit information in order to recommend financial planning services or approve loans
  • Make referrals to business partners when appropriate
  • Disburse credit union funds in accordance with lending guidelines and loan limits, and ensure proper documentation is completed to maintain collateral integrity and compliance with federal lending regulations
  • Adhere to all risk management guidelines and complete all required compliance training within time frame provided
  • Be the on-site, go-to person when a member needs the “manager” or support departments need something from the branch. Also coordinate staffing and branch operations with the manager
Other Requirements
  • One year financial institution or sales experience (Three years' experience preferred.)
  • Account opening experience
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Related lending to include auto loans, credit cards and equity loans preferred
  • Related Associates Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate level computer skills
