YesMail has an exciting opportunity to join their NYC office as an Account Manager. In this position you will be responsible for the daily production, scheduling, delivery and reporting of targeted email communications on behalf of Yesmail’s Clients. Account Managers are the primary liaison between the Client and Infogroup’s production staff, organizing and managing the email workflow from asset production to reporting.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Email Management
a. Knowledge of Yesmail Enterprise application(s)
b. Understand client’s program objectives
c. Execute client communication and internal process (including HTML/text asset management, revision tracking, QA, client approval) for successful execution of email marketing calendar
d. Manage email marketing calendar
e. Participate in messaging calls
f. Update large mailing calendar weekly and as needed
2. Email Program Monitoring
a. Responsible for appropriate, proactive monitoring on all client mailings and program components along with other team members
b. Responsible for monitoring deliverability of client campaigns
3. Client Management
a. Responsible for submitting and facilitating client-related trouble tickets
b. Service clients as needed based on client type, lifecycle management and growth plans
c. Create, share and store client documentation along with other team members
4. Revenue Tracking
a. Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing accurate weekly forecasts for their assigned clients (using client's current contract pricing structure and messaging reports)
b. Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing accurate monthly billing sheets for their assigned clients (using client's current contract pricing structure and messaging reports)
5. Email Program Performance
a. Create and deliver messaging reports

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Ability to communicate with clients professionally both written and verbal
2. Interest and aptitude with the online world (email, social networking, web sites)
3. Great organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to be detail-oriented in a multi-tasking production environment
5. Ability to provide on-going superior customer service
6. Proficient in MS Office and understanding of relational databases
7. Team player

Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. College graduate
2. 1+ years experience in online/interactive marketing or similar technology field
