We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team here in Plymouth, MN. This role is responsible for daily client contact with the customer while managing and implementing their marketing projects as well as coordinating with internal KM team. The Account Manager will respond to and process any requests received within a timely manner. The main purpose of this position it to keep the customer satisfied in all aspects of contact with Knowledge Marketing and assist in meeting client goals.
Responsibilities are diverse and include:
• Work with the customer service and IT departments to schedule production updates and to ensure that work is done in a timely manner
• Communicate with customer to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
• Work with customer on marketing plans
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction throughout all engagements and regularly monitor and measure satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Database knowledge
• Detail oriented with strong decision making skills
• Team player that can work with little supervision
