The Peak 10 Account Manager (AM) is an inside and/or outside sales role typically assigned to a local geographic market. The AM will be responsible and accountable for driving sales into existing customers. The AM will represent all of Peak 10’s products and services to prospective clients. The prospects will include small and medium businesses as well as larger enterprises in all industry segments. The AM will be responsible for prospecting within their territory, developing solutions for clients and closing business. In addition, the AM will be responsible for customer satisfaction, renewals, accounts receivables and providing input to the business on customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed quota
• Prospecting for upsell opportunities with existing clients
• Sell and close business
• Renewals of existing client base
• Updating CRM
• Represent Peak 10 in the marketplace
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • At least 2 years sales experience 
  • Proven track record of success 
  • Small/medium company experience 
  • Complex I/T sales experience 
  • Consultative selling experience (selling capabilities rather than just products) 
  • Ability to call on C-Level executives 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Technical knowledge 
  • Knowledge of hosting or outsourcing industry 
  • Excellent listening, writing & presentation skills 
  • Ability to partner and influence  Territory plan development & execution
