Are you eager to join an innovative and fast-growing healthcare company? Practice Fusion is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager you'll be responsible for working closely with doctors and medical practices interested in using Practice Fusion's EHR system. It's a major transition for medical professionals to switch from paper charts to computer systems – you'll be the expert and the point of contact as they modernize their practice. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must! To us, experience matters less than personality. We're looking for someone who is motivated, personable and professional. Responsibilities:

Guide medical professionals from their initial inbound interest in our EHR all the way through a completed installation of Practice Fusion's system

Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to potential users in order to pitch and support adoption of Practice Fusion while addressing user needs, questions, and concerns

Effectively communicate with your portfolio of accounts using email and LiveChat, in addition to phone conversations

Conduct live product demonstrations via webinar

Act as single point of contact for new Practice Fusion users

Work closely with medical professionals to receive, research and document requested features – your insight will help drive changes and new features at the company

Provide a phenomenal experience for each new Practice Fusion user

Required Qualifications:
1-2 years sales or account management experience

Friendly, professional and confident on the phone

Able to demonstrate persistence, and can overcome obstacles to achieve goals

Strong organizational and communication skills

Motivated, metrics-driven, self-starter with an excellent work ethic

Able to effectively multi-task and work at a fast pace

Team-player with desire to grow professionally

Local (SF Bay Area)

Bonus Qualifications:
Customer-facing experience (e.g., service industries, retail)

Public speaking experience

Healthcare sector experience

NetSuite or CRM experience
