We are seeking an account manager who wants to build and maintain relationships with clients all around the world by helping them make decisions with their business data.
You are a people person with amazing attention to detail. You love using data to make decisions in your life. You are excited by developing long-term relationships with marketers, executives, and programmers alike.
At RJMetrics, we inspire and empower data-driven people with powerful hosted software. Hundreds of high-growth e-commerce, software-as-a-service, and mobile businesses use our analytics platform to collaborate and make smarter decisions using data.
You will combine your client-service instincts with an interest in data and analytics to help our customers become highly-engaged power-users from the first time they log in to RJMetrics. Ultimately, you are charged with making our customers love us and making our product ubiquitous for them.

Your specific responsibilities will include:
setting strategy for new accounts based on discovery calls with clients and 1:1 work with our analysts
onboarding new users by training them and learning about their business needs
interacting regularly with clients to discuss the trends in their data and progress on goals
establishing strong relationships to create trust and to understand the state of clients' businesses
digging deeply into customer data to identify ongoing opportunities for analysis
triaging technical questions to connect clients with developers and analysts
facilitating financial conversations around subscription, consulting, rate changes, and renewals

To do that, you'll need some specific traits in place:
Concise and engaging speaking skills via phone and video
Problem-solving for challenges where there is no "right" answer
Strong, concise written communication
Comfortable leading presentations and trainings
Time management and keeping track of tasks
Always asking "why; "
Intensely curious about what makes a business tick
Not required, but if you already understand the fundamentals of quantitative analysis, eCommerce sales, or digital advertising , that's awesome!
We will coach you on our software so you can become an extension of each client's analytics team (or, sometimes, their entire analytics team!). Key stakeholders at every level – from execs to marketers to supply-chain managers - will rely on you to help them answer critical questions with RJMetrics in order to set and alter their business strategy.
We have a global client-base, so you won’t have face-to-face meetings with your clients. Instead, you will hold account calls, have Skype chats, lead on-screen trainings, troubleshoot by email, and strategize the next steps in analysis that will ensure every client uses RJMetrics to transform their business.

Your compensation package will include both salary and stock options, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance.

It's a plus if you have experience in either:
Knowledge of databases and/or SQL
Intercultural experience and/or fluency in other languages
This is a full time position located onsite in Center City, Philadelphia.
