- Uncover and pursue leads and referrals in your target account base
- Develop those leads into trusted business relationships
- Identify , qualify, and translate client needs into actionable consulting solutions
- Present clients with solution options for their needs
- Collaborate with the technical recruiters who make up our resource management team to identify the best consulting resources for each project
- Secure all contracts and pricing commitments necessary to successfully close the deal

- Eager to gain practical knowledge on the technologies we utilize and the industries we support
- Able to communicate effectively both over the phone and face-to-face
- An articulate, outgoing, and engaging people person
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related course of study
More than 3 years of progressive sales experience
Demonstrated success against targeted sales objectives and/or quotas
Demonstrated ability to source new prospects using the telephone
Strong oral and written presentation skills
A healthy network of business contacts in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area
