JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, the Account Manager will handle the day to day management of Revinate°s biggest clients. The ideal candidate will love the start-up world and go above and beyond the call of duty to please a customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain strong client relationships so clients feel supported and appreciated Coordinate closely with operations, product, and training teams to ensure all new hotel launches, new users, and account changes go flawlessly Support clients in various ways including compiling custom reports, developing best practice strategies, and offering personalized training Structure, implement, and run successful pilots with brand prospects to prove the value of Revinate Assist in other sales functions as necessary including conducting demos for prospects and completing order forms Assist with the content and completion of brand RFP°s Provide guidance to prospects and new hotel clients on how to best operationalize Revinate and use it to improve their online reputation Study both hospitality and social media industries and do frequent competitor analysis to be an authority for prospects and clients to guide them to take advantage of emerging Social Media trends SKILLS Self-motivated Analytical Interest in sales as well as account management Able to work independently Able to plan, organize and direct training programs and events Superb organizational and tracking skills Exceptional and innovative presentation skills and tools Excellent written communication skills Previous experience with a social media or software as a service company is is a plus Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred University degree or equivalent experience ADDITIONAL INFORMATION To apply please submit your resume along with a letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
