Job Descriptions:
JOB SUMMARY: Directly responsible for initiating contact with customer, identifying their needs, and providing them with appropriate service from the beginning to the end of a project

Primary Responsibilities

Actively stays involved with key customer account and provides accurate updates of customers

Manages the growth and retention of assigned accounts

Sets-up customer orientation meetings with internal departments

Develops Service Level Agreement documents

Provides updates on current work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any potential delays in completion

Submits work order quotes and follow up with appropriate approvals and questions

Follows-up on current customer jobs to make sure they are completed to the customer’s satisfaction

Identifies cost savings opportunities for customers by analyzing type and frequency of work orders

Provide training to customers regional operators including regular office visits and site visits

Provide guidance to design partners in maintaining standards for custom and prototypical restaurant designs, as well as reinvestments

Work in partnership with customers and facilities Team to ensure standards are successfully applied and executed through design partners across multiple building formats.

Actively manage warranty process and seek energy saving opportunities for the customers

Track all regional design/energy projects and budgets to ensure they are on-time and on-budget and aligned with the customers pipeline

Provide facilitation of Design/Energy programs and cross-functional business initiatives

Develop and maintain working relationship with internal and external resources

Handles all escalated calls and researches the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer. Replies to customer and relays any relevant information

Conducts monthly audits of quotes and invoices to ensure they are in compliance with the customer’s requirements

Generates weekly reports on old calls, current calls, and pending customer approvals

Generates various monthly customer reports

Works in conjunction with the Rogers Electric Support Center, Dispatchers and Service Managers on a daily basis to help support customers

Works with the Accounting Department on any billing issues and ensures that customers are invoiced in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
Experience, Skill, and Educational Requirements

Associates Degree; or 3 years of previous customer service or account management experience or equivalent

Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner

Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner

Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and analyze data

Ability to browse the internet and also use the internal systems and websites for our customers

Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations

Ability to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electric’s systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices etc, emails)

Ability to use office equipment (i.e., fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
