We are looking for several Account Managers to join our growing Staffing Division located at our corporate office in Englewood, CO. We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions and a robust incentive program.
The Account Manager position will continue to develop and grow our IT consulting services business focusing in the Commercial market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales of IT staff augmentation and permanent placements
• Develop business opportunities (identify, qualify and close) -"relationship marketing"
• Seek and investigate new opportunities - current and/or new customers
• Position company strengths - strong past performances, IT services, specific capabilities, etc.
• Develop a network of relationships with perspective commercial clients, integration partners, commercial trade groups and independent IT consultants to develop business opportunities within the commercial market
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and teamwork skills
• Self-starter that can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands on" approach
• Results driven.
• Ability to use MS-Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is highly desired.
