The Account Manager provides sales support and manages all aspects of client advertising campaigns from conception to launch. This includes aiding the sales office in the initial planning, implementation and optimization of each account in order to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Support Sales Directors and Account Services Representatives in all day-to-day activities.
•Respond to and facilitate requests from marketers, online advertisers, and agencies.
•Run daily reports in third party ad servers, i.e. Atlas/Dart.
•Compare client numbers to Specific Media’s numbers, checking for discrepancies.
•Send insertion order details to Ad Operations for campaign set up.
•Prepare reports detailing delivery and performance of campaigns.
•Pace campaigns to ensure complete delivery.
•Communicate issues with sales office.
•Optimize the performance of online advertising campaigns to meet client goals.
•Work with the media buying team and media analytics team on campaign strategy.
•Complete billing reports at the end of each month.

Education and/or Experience:
•One year sales support experience
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
•Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint
•Exposure to Salesforce.com or similar CRM
•Aptitude for working with custom software systems
