The Account Manager will be responsible for providing second tier support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented position focusing on relationship management across multiple companies. Experience must include engaging and meeting with management level client contacts. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, and have past experience presenting to small and large groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for multiple clients of varied size and across different industries
  • Manage and provide high level service to assigned accounts to support client retention and exceed client expectations
  • Provide high level of proactive service including timely response and follow up; routine outreach to provide ongoing support and program consultation
  • Coordinate and manage client service requests and ensure timely delivery from other departments
  • Identify client goals and resources and consult clients on best practices
  • Health management program design, including incentive plan and communication plan strategy
  • Online program configuration and review through proprietary portal
  • Custom report delivery
  • Management and resolution of client issues
  • Assist with contract renewal and service expansion
  • Coordinate special events such as health fairs, wellness summit’s and healthy cooking demos
  • Wellness committee program planning and support, as needed
  • Assists training new staff including mentoring
  • Business development support, as needed
  • Internal application management
  • Other duties as assigned/special projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health promotion, or public health
  • 3-5 years experience managing health promotion and health management programs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented approach to account and project management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
