We’re looking for a smart and customer-focused Account Manager to manage key sections of the Zillow Premier Agent business. This person will be directly responsible for working with existing high value accounts, getting them set up for success, and working with Zillow executives to identify new strategies to make real estate agents more successful with Zillow.

Key responsibilities:

· Engage and respond to customers where their monthly subscription price is changing

· Work with agents who request to cancel or change their membership

· Identify agents which need help, and engaging/working with those real estate agents

· Engage customers on a daily basis and building out best practices for success

Key requirements:

· Bright, energetic, and motivated to make customers happy

· Steady under pressure, and able to handle difficult conversations well

· 2-3 years in an account management role for a high tech company; online advertising account experience preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus

· Exhibit a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude

· BA degree required - 2 years ago - save job
