The Account Operations Manager, Integrated Client Services | Corporate Solutions i s responsible for supporting the Integrated Client Services team within the Tri-State region and nationally which includes, direct interaction with clients and new business prospects, marketing and RFP response development and, coordinating various day to day functions of Corporate Solutions within the region and nationally.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:
Direct responsibility for administrative duties as needed, supporting Tri-State and national teams.
Gain deep understanding of the Corporate Services (Corporate Solutions) business in the commercial real estate industry, the competitive landscape and Colliers’ value proposition. Develop presentation and client relationship development capability, actively participating in new business pursuits
Facilitation and support of financial reporting on a monthly basis
Direct client engagement and support of Account Management activities, including preparation of client deliverables, activity reports, etc. using company resources within and outside of the Corporate Solutions organization.
Support the Corporate Solutions client service evaluation program (Service Excellence), including facilitating client surveys, follow-up, measurement and reporting.
Support and perform real estate portfolio analysis, modeling and reporting, including:
Local market analysis
Financial analysis for strategic planning initiatives including multi-location scenario evaluations
Real estate and facilities key performance indicators
Strategic planning presentations
Development and implementation of presentation materials, marketing brochures and e-mail announcements, Corporate Solutions website improvements.
Ensure familiarity with multiple web-based lease administration databases and Transaction and Project Management systems (including Colliers WorkTrac), in order to have ability to utilize them on Corporate Solutions client accounts.
Meeting and event planning
Support the continued development of the Corporate Solutions SharePoint tool.
Support delivery and implementation of consulting, Colliers 360 technology and other services through the Strategy and Innovation division of Corporate Solutions.
The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies:
A Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years in an administrative, account management support or marketing capacity supporting multiple team members.
2+ years in the commercial real estate industry.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications, In-Design and desktop publishing/graphics software.
Excellent client service skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills required.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
Candidate should have a positive demeanor and be able to overcome challenges managing limited resources.
