Part time position responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable in a computerized and high volume environment, Duties include such responsibilities as posting, reconciling, researching customer inquiries, assembling group bills and the collection of assigned accounts. This candidate will also be required to meet with group contacts and present themselves in a professional manner.

•Group billing / collections
•Accurately research / track/ & resolve customer inquiries.
•Manage assigned accounts
•Reconcile credit card transaction & post payments
•Maintain proper controls and confidentiality over documents.
•Answer phones and handle inquiries accordingly
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
•Adhere to all fire, safety and security procedures according to hotel management company and hotel policies.
•Comply with all policies and standard operating procedures of the hotel and its management company
•Report all system problems to management.
•Assist department supervisor with special projects as needed.
•Demonstrate effective English communication skills when dealing with customers and employees.
•Demonstrate ability to read and follow written and verbal English communication.
•Considerable independent judgment and initiative are required to ensure the smooth flow of the department and control of accounts.
•Able to work independently and exercise judgment to resolve personnel and production issues that arise.
•Able to manage multiple tasks at once.
•Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
•Able to enter data into hotel computer system.
•Able to use a 10-key calculator.
•Basic computer skills and data’s entry skills.
•Logical thought process.
•Needs a highly positive attitude and present it in a professional manner.

Required Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalency, additional education in accounting a plus.
•Prior accounts receivable experience and or front desk experience required in a hotel environment.
•General knowledge of Excel / Word / Outlook/ PM
