At Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services (AJGRMS) , we deliver a full range of insurance and risk management products and services, including traditional and loss-sensitive coverages, captives, alternative risk solutions, and financial products, from offices throughout the United States and Canada, and operations in Bermuda and Puerto Rico.

Position Summary:
The Account Representative assists Account Manager, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated group of clients or book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration, and sales. Typically assigned to small and mid-sized accounts and those having less complex needs with no renewal goals associated with assigned accounts.

List of Essential Duties:
Under direction of more senior staff, provides administrative support to an assigned group of clients

Resolves customer service inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents

Responds to client questions and maintains a log of conversations

Primary duty will be to issue Certificates of Insurance

Other duties as assigned

Additional Information:
License may be required or eligible and able to obtain license within three to six months of hire

Qualifications

Required:
High School Diploma/GED and 1 or more years of related experience

Desired:
Professional designation (ARM, AAI, CPCU, CIC)

Ability to follow instructions along with existing processes and procedures

Willingness to learn quickly

Basic understanding of professional and industry standards and practices and the Gallagher Way

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
