Currently we are interviewing for the newly created position of Account Services Coordinator. This is a critical role within the Administration Department. This position is hands-on and requires all customer/carrier interaction be performed with a professional demeanor. The expectations for the Account Services Coordinator are high. Those who are successful in meeting these objectives will find themselves in a position to advance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with implementation of new programs.

Be the primary contact for clients with distinct needs, requests or challenges. Responses must be timely, service oriented and consistent with service standards.

Confirming member eligibility & accurately maintaining eligibility in database

Responsible for coordinating with the necessary departments to compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports including premium, member count and claim reports.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Drive and demonstrated success working is a team-oriented, fast paced industry

Proficiency in quickly shifting priorities and learning new skills

Motivated and ability to work independently

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills

Bilingual a plus

Education & Experience

College degree preferred. Experience in the Insurance Industry a plus.
