Title: Account Services Manager

Responsibilities

Manage key accounts post-sales activity

Coordinate kick off meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss sold campaigns

Lead implementation of advertising campaigns – obtaining and organizing mock ups/assets from advertisers, timelines, managing communications between advertiser and Viggle

Act as a liaison between the client and Viggle internal teams, from Sales, Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering

Provide daily account service to assigned client accounts, including interaction via phone, emails and direct contact

Work closely with Revenue Operations teams to manage the campaign implementation process, delivery/performance optimizations and Analytics/Campaign Management on reporting and recaps

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Account Services in the digital/mobile media sales industry - agency, online advertising and marketing experience preferred

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable engaging in communication on any level

Best in class project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and deliver timely work

Desirable Skills / Experience

Expert Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills

Drive and demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to multi-task and work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment
