Formed out of Security Benefit Corporation, a successful, national provider of retirement plans and services, se2 is a business processing and technology services provider for the Annuity and Life Insurance Industry, providing life and annuity processing for both active and passive or “closed” blocks of business. Our core focus is offering third party administration (TPA) and business processing outsourcing (BPO) for Client Companies. We work with our Clients to understand their current operating environment, technology platform, product features, and data interfaces to be able to focus on a collaborative approach with them to develop flexible, optimal solutions. An Account Service Representatives will be hired for the National Service Center and will be responsible for primarily rep and customer phone support, researching and analyzing problems to determine accurate and prompt resolution of any errors/issues that arise, and relaying necessary information to the customers, reps or Client by both verbal and written communication. The Representatives will also develop relationships with customers, reps and our Clients by becoming a dedicated resource to ensure quality and consistent processing and service. Positions within this group develop broad understanding of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations and laws for effective performance. Work performed may have substantial financial and legal implications for customers, clients, reps, and se2. Incumbents must be able to work required overtime.
We currently have openings for Account Services Representatives and are looking for individuals who are interested in working in an inbound call center, receiving calls and processing transactions for financial services products like annuities and life insurance. Account Service Representatives are responsible for providing processing and service to customers and representatives. Duties include answering questions, processing transactions, researching and analyzing problems to determine accurate and prompt resolution of any issues and relaying information to the customers and reps via verbal and/or written communications. As an ASR, you will develop a broad understanding of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations and laws through our training program.
