position of Accounts Specialist (Scheduler)!

Well qualified individuals will review rental orders from clients as they are placed on our website. Prior experience with fraud prevention work is highly desired.

What the position entails:
Working with both the Customer Service Department and Fraud Department to schedule new orders and help identify fraud

Verify item availability on our product schedules

Establishing and maintain relationships with customers

Supplying quick response times (via email, chat, and phones)

ŸKnowing all practices and policies of

Troubleshooting equipment problems, and general account issues

ŸRecommending appropriate gear based on the customer’s needs

Creating quotes for potential clients

1-3 years of customer service experience

1 year of fraud prevention work in a similar capacity

Excellent photography/videography equipment knowledge

Demonstrate superb time management/organization skills

BA in relevant field or equal work experience in relevant field

Prior sales experience desired
