This position will serve as an internal point of contact for the internal and external Sales force for a variety of accounts; Independent Agents, General Agents, National and Strategic Business Partners, as well as unique versions of each. Will work alongside the Sales force, Account Manager and accounts on internal operational management, problem resolution, Licensing and Contract set ups and compliance practices and procedures.
Understanding of accounts business models and processes is essential. Understanding of American Modern’s internal operations, systems, products and underwriting is imperative. Work with Sales contact to review operational processes and facilitate successful account implementation while always considering process improvements.
Required: 3+ years insurance experience. Knowledge of business channels/distribution
Preferred: 5+ years insurance experience. Insurance course work. Understanding of core business units (Licensing, Sales, Marketing, Claims, Underwriting)
Knowledge & Skills-
Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Understanding of Account Production and Profitability Analysis, excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication (written and verbal)
Required: Bachelor's Degree, or demonstrated pursuit of continuing education.
