Find similar jobs:Account Specialist jobs - ConsumerTrack jobs has an immediate need for an Account Specialist who will be an integral part of our growing Client Management team. You will be working closely with Sr. Account Managers and President to oversee, analyze, improve performance and launch key ConsumerTrack clients. The role of the Account Specialist is crucial to the continued success of our campaigns and business.
The Account Specialist role will dive into a thorough 6 month training program. During this time the Account Specialist will gain all the industry knowledge and tools needed to grow into a strategic member of the Client Management Team.
What will you do?
Respond to client inquiries regarding budgeting, delivery, reporting, and billing issues in a timely and positive manner
Maintain knowledge of account specifics such as client goals, project status, campaign revenue, and media channels utilized
Support the Director of Client Services and Sr. Account Managers through generation of client performance reports, analysis of key metrics, launching clients, technical troubleshooting, and gathering creative’s
Analysis of our weak spots, low conversion rates, low traffic numbers, optimization of placements/creative, new design tickets, etc.
Utilize contact management software and excel spreadsheets to help maximize campaign performance
Produce internal daily/weekly/monthly analytical reports in order to properly track campaign stats
Utilize appropriate internal systems to organize campaign information
Assist with ongoing company projects

What skills do we need?
Bachelor’s Degree- Business, Marketing, Communications a plus
2+ years internet or interactive marketing experience
2+ years of client-facing experience in an account management or client services role; Online/Technology or Marketing/PR background is a plus
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and all Microsoft related programs
Experience with Salesforce or CRM software
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as team relationship, organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work in and embrace a fast-spaced entrepreneurial environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Great can-do and winning attitude
An outgoing self-starter with tenacious persistence in achieving goals and strong follow-up
A team player always looking to make a contribution to your team – the ability to “do what it takes” and support your fellow employees when needed.
Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of customers and internal partners.
