InGenesis is currently seeking a full time account specialist to support its headquarters office in San Antonio, Texas. The account specialist will implement and oversee various commercial, federal, military and state contracts. This candidate will work closely with a team of mangers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance.
The duties and responsibilities of the account specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Degree preferred, but not required. Strong sales background is a plus. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally and must be able to interface with all levels of management. Candidate must demonstrate advanced understanding of planning and marketing concepts and must have a sincere desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Actively build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals as well as government representatives.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans in order to achieve assigned staffing goals
- Utilize a variety of recruiting methods and strategies which may include: draft and post job positions, scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls, as well as meet and greet activities
- Monitor and oversee various contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction; consult with clients as necessary to ensure contract goals and requirements are being met.
