DESCRIPTION

DDB SF is currently looking for a seasoned Account Supervisor to work on ConAgra Foods, an account that is serviced out of two locations, San Francisco and Chicago with the client being located in Chicago.
Account Supervisors are participants in the development of advertising plans, integrated ideas & solutions and creative strategies for their clients, while ensuring the effective implementation of each. Account Supervisors are strong partners to their clients and Creative & Strategy Directors, as they have a clear understanding of where the client’s business needs to be, and how their team can help deliver. In addition, the Account Supervisor plays a vital role in the training and development of the AE and/or AAE.

Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee campaign and strategic vision for Consumer Packaged Goods, constantly thinking about brand campaign integration

Be a mentor to AE and/or AAE and guide in concept development, strategic thought process and client management

Be an expert on competitive brand strategies and campaigns

Have the ability to lead/support development of best in class creative

Ability to collaborate and work in complex client environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years related experience, agency-side preferred

CPG experience required

Strategic experience

Production savvy

Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT

Ability to manage, direct and lead professionals

Resiliency and diplomacy

Great Attitude
