Some of the responsibilities of the Account Supervisor include:

  • Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general
business and media strategy, industry issues, products and services

offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace

  • Manage integrated team from developing strategy to creative development
and media placement

  • Overall project stewardship: own all day-to-day functions – including
organizing / prepping meetings, proactively writing all call reports,

leading client meetings, status reporting, media plan execution, budget

management, etc.

  • Provide leadership, expert knowledge, & identify/facilitate third-party
alliances to continually provide client with cutting-edge technology and

information to grow their business

  • Ability to assess account efficiencies (e.g. process/organization) and
determine/implement appropriate action plan

  • Provide strategic insight and thought leadership; drive competitive and
industry research

  • Master process and navigate the agency to shepherd a project to
completion

Jr. Info & Experience Architect

The Junior Info & Experience Architect (Jr. IEA) is responsible for building out, information architecture, user / data flows and user research. Working in close collaboration with the Dir. UX the Jr. IEA will contribute to and develop architecture and interaction documents, while driving continuous tactical improvements in product craftsmanship and user experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Create concept models, user interface sketches, and schematics.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams in the creation of best-in-class user experience.

Digital Art Director

MMB is seeking an experienced team player for a Digital Art Director role. Our qualified candidate will lead the design and overall user experience for websites, online advertising, email campaigns, social apps and mobile tools, while consistently contributing to research and new business initiatives. This candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and stay abreast of important trends online – and must have proven expertise with the majority of common web deliverables in an agency setting.

The candidate we are looking for should enjoy mentoring junior designers, will thrive in an integrated, high-velocity, constantly evolving work environment, should enjoy team problem-solving and approach learning opportunities with enthusiasm. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a point of view regarding typography, color, layout, conceptual process and user experience.

This is a salaried position within our Boston office. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of work experience (creative agency, marketing or client-side experience preferred.)
  • Must provide online examples of design work, produced or not. Will not consider recent graduates.
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred, but not required.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with Abode Photoshop required; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign strongly preferred. -Experience with any front-end development platform is a major plus (Flash, HTML5).
  • Ability to both multitask and reliably estimate time required to complete design and production tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to design requirement changes or schedules as they become necessary during a given production cycle.

MMB is looking for a Direct / Digital Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team. MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and advocate for the best work possible, while being solutions-oriented and optimistic. The Direct / Digital AS should be able to work independently, but as part of a tight-knit team, providing sound counsel to clients. The Account Supervisor must have 5-8 years of direct marketing experience, preferably with an Agency. Candidates should be capable of running small to medium projects with limited day-to-day supervision. He/she will be the day-to-day lead with mid level clients.

A strong direct marketing background is key for developing and executing a customer marketing / 1:1 communications programs, understanding basic database management, reporting ROI, program management and advertising analysis. Candidates should also have a general understanding of managing interactive programs including but not limited to website, mobile and online tool development.

Some of the responsibilities of the Digital Account Supervisor include:

  • Exhibit solid understanding of key client’s 1:1 customer marketing, eCRM and loyalty program as well as information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors
