You will be responsible for subscriber list growth; deliver personalized, relevant, targeted messages; develop retain customers and increase customer loyalty. Deliver "best-in-class" email marketing - monitor, measure, analyze and enhance. Customer Loyalty& Retention- Retain and create loyal subscribers through personalized, relevant communications. Develop programs/tools/processes to retain and reactivate subscribers. Coordinate efforts with other direct marketing activities to drive overall loyalty, sales and customer retention. Optimize and improve existing email programs and consolidate messages to the customer based on the outbound Marcom calendar.

Program Management:

Assess campaigns through detailed analyses and identify opportunities to improve. Advise the client and help manage email contact within overall customer contact strategy. Conduct regular usability testing to identify opportunities to improve.

Email vendor and creative agency management:

Lead and manage email client relationship to better achieve the client’s goals. Drive vendor goals, objectives and plans to deliver against business needs. Oversee project plans, creative development and production schedules. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with client partners.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

· Provide support to the Account Director and VP Account Director in their mission to uncover opportunities and grow business through thought leadership, client/category expertise and consistent delivery of good work.

· Liaise with the Participant Intelligence team to gather and distill information on the client’s business and industry (including direct and indirect competitors)

· Create presentations to communicate client and/or competitive intelligence - both internally and externally

· Regularly update and disseminate client mapping documents

· Work with cross-functional teams (including Trends, Technology, Media, Creative, Planning) to identify and compile key category and out-of-category best in class examples of innovation, programs and trends on an ongoing basis

· Support Client Partner in the development of case studies and other presentation materials to showcase Moxie’s work internally and externally

· Draft Conference Reports after all Client Meetings spearheaded by Account Leadership team

· Liaise with Program Leadership team to ensure seamless hand-off of new initiatives

· Schedule client and cross-functional meetings for initiatives being spearheaded by Account Leadership

· Maintain org charts on partner agencies, client and internal cross-functional teams dedicated to the business

· Assist in the development of client presentations for new initiatives with cross-functional experts

· Support the Client Partner and the VP Client Partner on the development of presentation materials for quarterly state of the business summits with full cross-functional team

· Assist Client Partner with the development of Input Briefs for new initiatives

· Manage the creation and maintenance of a client black book with updated information- nuances, business challenges, competitive, engines of profitability (CRM tool-

This position may have direct reports and indirect reports

Job Requirements

May require overnight travel up to 20%

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree

Years of Relevant Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience – can include brand management, marketing, advertising, account management

Preferred Qualifications

· Mix of traditional and digital background

· Mix of agency-side and client-side experience

· Some cross-functional experience (media, creative, technology, mobile, social, finance)
