Job Title:
Account Supervisor

Job Summary:
Manages client relationships through the ability to understand client marketing and business objectives and develop high-level strategic plans. Monitors efforts to ensure adherence to strategic plans and objectives. Manages resource allocation towards profitability. Ensures deliverables meet strategic requirements of the client, add value to the client, and meet Sapient quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and programs
Oversees project estimations, the development of deliverables and staffing
Sets project quality and performance standards. Assesses and manages risk within, and across, multiple projects
Directly supervises the work of Account Manager(s) and Track Leads
Mentors and coaches project team members
Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships
Builds and maintains senior client relationships
Stays abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and how they affect clients’ business and marketing initiatives

Experience Guidelines:
6 to 8 years of experience of account management in an agency environment
Strong interactive background a must
Accountability for budget or client revenue of $2mm
3 years of client executive experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the Manager and Senior Manager levels
Experienced with multiple campaign lifecycles from business development to final delivery
Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, media and strategy)
Frequent travel may be required

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
