We are looking for a self-motivated Account Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities of the Account Supervisor:
Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the client’s strategic partner and working with them to achieve their marketing and business goals
Serve as the liaison between our internal teams and the client team to ensure that all projects meet expectations and are completed on time and in budget
Ability to collaborate as part of a team with a diverse and dynamic group of Creative Directors, Writers, Programmers, Art Directors, Designers, Account Executives, Web Designers, and Marketing Strategists
Effectively manage and lead Account Executives in their daily client management of issues, inquiries and requests
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities within key accounts to grow existing business
Proactive and consultative approach to strategic marketing, planning, development and reporting
We are looking for an emerging marketing leader who possesses a strong commitment to learning our clients’ business, marketing goals and industry and to become an active advisor with both the agency and client. Success for an Account Supervisors hinges on their ability to manage the agency/client partnerships through adept brand stewardship, innovative thinking and measurable results.
At least 5 years of corporate marketing or agency experience, preferably in B2B
Experience building, planning and executing marketing strategies across disciplines (traditional, digital, social)
Consulting experience is a plus, but not required
Efficient time management skills – committed to meeting deadlines and following through
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
