vbp orange is seeking an Account Supervisor on a core piece of business. We are looking for a leader on the account and key representative on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for a trusted advocate for smart strategy and great work. The role is unique because it is not limited to traditional or non-traditional advertising campaigns. vbp orange is an innovation consultancy that utilizes design thinking to affect our clients’ businesses. The ideal person would fit the following description.
vbp orange is working with a luxury automotive client to develop a customer experience communications program to help drive loyalty and positive customer experience perceptions of their brand. The ecosystem is complex ranging from internal corporate stakeholders, regional stakeholders, dealers and ultimately shoppers and owners. We are looking for a solid strategic Account Supervisor who will be a key player in bringing this to life through smart and creative thinking with an eye towards unique communications solutions internally and ultimately to consumers.

8 – 10 years of experience in advertising, innovation consultancies or client-side marketing or customer experience groups.
Experience working with larger clients who have complex ecosystems. Automotive or luxury experience a bonus but experience with franchisees or companies that have multiple touch points would also be helpful (i.e., store experiences)
Skills in driving user behavior through programs beyond advertising. For example, CRM or experiential efforts, even web design experience would be applicable to apply user journey to desired behavior.
Skills in leading creative development for deliverables like brand identity outputs, collateral, internal websites and employee materials, events and promotion materials, etc.
Proficient in all fundamental responsibilities of a client liaison – budgeting, billing, timeline management, setting expectations, managing many moving parts.
Natural ability to manage-up and mentor future stars.
